TSYS Transactions

We have received notification from TSYS that the issue should now be resolved, and clients should be able to process again using the TSYS / WRS integration. Please let us know if you continue to experience transactions failing.

Payment transactions through TSYS Transaction Central (TC) are currently down due to a TSYS outage. TSYS engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Bulk Sign Notes Functionality

We've identified a critical issue with the Bulk Sign Notes functionality. As a precaution, we've temporarily disabled the Bulk Sign Notes feature to avoid any further issues as we work on a permanent solution. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve this matter.

Temporary Issue with SMS

All system-generated SMS messages, including 2FA codes and appointment reminders, are not sent to EHR users and patients. Our SMS provider has identified the primary cause, taken remediating action and are beginning to see recovery from this incident with queued messages beginning to be sent. In the meantime, kindly select option to receive codes via email. We anticipate providing a further update in 1 hour or as soon as we have more details to share.
