Update as of 2:54 PM: MDToolbox servers are working again as normal. They will continue to investigate root cause and changes that can be made to prevent it in the future. Thank you for your patience.

We are experiencing issues with our e-prescribing services for controlled drugs due to MDToolbox server problems. This may cause errors or slowness in the system.

Affected Users: E-prescribers.

We've identified a critical issue with the Bulk Sign Notes functionality. As a precaution, we've temporarily disabled the Bulk Sign Notes feature to avoid any further issues as we work on a permanent solution. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve this matter.

Resolved on April 2, 2024.

All system-generated SMS messages, including 2FA codes and appointment reminders, are not sent to EHR users and patients. Our SMS provider has identified the primary cause, taken remediating action and are beginning to see recovery from this incident with queued messages beginning to be sent. In the meantime, kindly select option to receive codes via email. We anticipate providing a further update in 1 hour or as soon as we have more details to share.
