Reminder Calls Issue

Update as of 4:00PM EST: A fix has been implemented and we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure continued stability. Our teams remain engaged, and we will provide further updates as needed.

Our telecom partner, Vitelity, is currently experiencing inbound and outbound call failures, which is causing patients to receive multiple 7-day reminder calls in succession with no response when they answer.

TriZetto Eligibility Functionality Issue

Issue:
Eligibility functionality was not working for TriZetto clients.

Impact:
TriZetto clients were unable to verify eligibility through the EHR platform.

Resolution:
The issue has now been resolved. Eligibility functionality for TriZetto clients has been fully restored.

The system is operational, and clients can verify eligibility without any issues.
