Update as of 12:15 PM EST:
We have received notification from TSYS that the issue should now be resolved, and clients should be able to process again using the TSYS / WRS integration. Please let us know if you continue to experience transactions failing.

As of 8:00 AM EST
Payment transactions through TSYS Transaction Central (TC) are currently down due to a TSYS outage. TSYS engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, any TSYS clients experiencing issues on Transaction Central (TC) can access TC directly to process cards. However, they will have to update patient accounts manually in WRS Health for any transactions processed directly on the TC gateway.
