Update as of 4:00PM EST: A fix has been implemented and we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure continued stability. Our teams remain engaged, and we will provide further updates as needed.
Our telecom partner, Vitelity, is currently experiencing inbound and outbound call failures, which is causing patients to receive multiple 7-day reminder calls in succession with no response when they answer.
Vitelity’s teams are actively investigating and working to resolve the issue. We will provide updates as progress is made.
