GPI Payment Processing Outage

Impact: Clients unable to process payments due to external DNS issues
We are currently experiencing a GPI payment processing outage. The issue is related to an external problem with UltraDNS, which is causing intermittent timeouts and latency across multiple platforms, including OpenEdge, Transaction Central, and others.
Current Status:
GPI's technical teams are actively engaged and working to mitigate the issue. However, since the root cause is external to GPI and tied to UltraDNS, we are awaiting further updates from their side on a resolution.
Next Steps:
We are in close communication with GPI and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information. There is currently no ETA for resolution.
